The gorgeous, super tall trees making that crazy beautiful backdrop in Stephanie and Lino's photos are Australian Pines.

Ranch 22 is laid out perfectly so your guests get to experience different parts of the property as the night goes on:
The Ceremony: You get hitched right in front of the gorgeous main barn.
The Cocktail Hour / Backup Plan: There is a beautiful, brand-new indoor building used for cocktail hour. It also works as an amazing indoor reception space in case it rains, so you don't have to stress about a backup plan.
- The Reception: This happens right in the middle of the property. It’s a great central setup where everyone can see the whole ranch beautifully.
Real Wedding Inspo: Stephanie & Lino
Stephanie and Lino leaned into a classic, chic look that looked incredible against the natural textures of the ranch. Since getting ready is usually done offsite here, they rented nearby Airbnbs so they could be super close to the venue.
Why You Should Definitely Do a First Look
Stephanie and Lino decided to do a First Look, and it completely saved their timeline.
If you actually want to hang out and enjoy your cocktail hour (and eat the food you paid for!), a First Look is the way to go. By seeing each other before the ceremony, we got all their romantic couple portraits out of the way early. After the ceremony, we only had quick family pictures left to do. Then, they got to go straight to partying.
A High-Contrast Dance Floor
To switch up the outdoor reception space, they brought in an amazing black-and-white checkered dance floor. It looked so cool under the DJ lights and flashes at night and gave their first dance a fun, modern pop.
Night Shots: Making the Barn Look Cool and Dramatic
When the sun goes down, Ranch 22 changes completely. The main barn goes from a pretty ceremony backdrop to a super cinematic spot for photos. For Stephanie and Lino, we snuck inside the barn at night for some dramatic black-and-white portraits. By putting a light behind them and using a little fog, we got a gorgeous, moody silhouette. It’s the perfect excuse to sneak away from the party for ten minutes, catch your breath, and get some epic photos.
